Nurse Force Staffing was founded by Kaprishia Adikema during the Covid-19 pandemic. During that time there was a healthcare staffing shortage nationwide, and many healthcare professionals began to experience burnout. After leaving the facility that she had worked with for 7 years she decided to follow her dream of starting a staffing agency that would allow healthcare professionals who preferred working for different facilities to do just that. She believed that doing so would help them to maintain optimism and reduce burnout. Today, Nurse Force has the ability to staff in all 50 states, making a difference everywhere they go.
